Our spyware removal service carries a 7-day guarantee. Despite our best efforts, occasionally, spyware can hide itself then reappear a day or two later. In the event that it reappears, we will investigate and KILL the remaining spyware.
Monthly Service
Any services performed under our monthly service plan are guarnateed for as long as you are a customer on the unlimited service plan.
Fixed or it's Free
In the unlikely event that we cannot fix your computer using remote service, you won't have to pay. Alternatively, you would be able to ship the computer to us, we will perform the necessary repairs the day we receive it, and ship it back to you the following day. All you have to do is cover shipping both ways. Despite the additional cost of shipping the computer, it will still be far less expensive than hauling your computer to a local shop.
 
Why is remote support better?
Privacy
When you leave your computer at a repair shop, you don't know what the technicians are doing or what they are looking at - are you comfortable with strangers looking at your personal files, your taxes, and pictures?
Convenence
You don't have to disconnect the mess of wires behind your computer to haul it off to the computer shop, wait at least 3 or 4 days, sometimes over a week for the shop to repair it, then pick it up, haul it back home and hope that you can remember all the wires go. With remote support, we can connect to your computer over the Internet and perform almost all of the tasks that a computer shop can do.
 
Can someone steal my information while you're connected?
Absolutely not. Our remote access software uses 128-bit encryption to keep your data private and secure. In plain English, we use the same level of encryption that your bank uses to secure your online banking.
 
Can anyone access my computer when you're done?
No. The software we use is downloaded and run one time from your computer. In order for anyone to access your computer again, the application will have to be downloaded and run again. There is nothing left running on your computer that will allow anyone access to it - even us.
 
Is it hard to use?
No. It is very simple. We will have you go to a website, download a program and type in a 9 digit code. You will then be asked if you want to allow us to access your computer. Once you give us remote control of your computer, all you have to do is move your mouse and you will get control back.
 
What services do you offer?
Check out our Services page. Just about anything a computer shop can do, we can do remotely. The only thing we can't do is hardware replacement.
 
How much will it cost?
It depends on the service. After years working in the industry, I guarantee that our prices will be lower than what you will find at your local computer shop. To see our price list, take a look at our Services page.
 
How long does it take?
Again, it completely depends on what we're doing. Expect a complete spyware removal to take approximately 2 hours. Depending on how badly infected your system is, it may take a little less or a little more time.

At this time, no, we do not offer in-home or in-office support. You may be surpirsed to find out that on average, 90% of computer problems are software related, and can usually be fixed without an on-site visit.
 
Do you offer Macintosh support?
At this time, we do not offer support for Macintosh computers.
 
What types of computers do you support?
We support all brands of personal computers. If you're running any version of Windows, we can work on your computer remotely.
 
Can you help with my SmartPhone or PDA?
Depending on the problem, we may be able to help. We do not currently offer remote support for Windows Mobile devices.
